The company provides solutions to over 12,000 <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.itpro.com\/security\/how-channel-partners-support-customers-in-a-challenging-security-landscape\" data-before-rewrite-localise=\"https:\/\/www.itpro.com\/security\/how-channel-partners-support-customers-in-a-challenging-security-landscape\">channel partners<\/a> and MSPs, and more than 125,000 SMBs across Europe.<\/p>\n<p>In an announcement, Proofpoint said that, together, the companies will create a \u201cpowerful new standard in human-centric security\u201d through complimentary, purpose-built platforms fueled by shared threat intelligence.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs attackers grow more sophisticated and people remain the primary target, organizations need security that protects them wherever they work\u2014across email, cloud applications, and every digital channel,\u201d said Sumit Dhawan, CEO of Proofpoint.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith the addition of Hornetsecurity, we\u2019re excited to extend our industry-leading, human-centric security platform to better serve the unique needs of MSPs and SMBs.
